Reporting Problems After Hours
When major databases and ejournal web sites are unavailable Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., you should always call the CDL Helpline at (510) 987-0555 to report the problem. However, reporting outages after hours, on weekends, and on holidays can often be difficult.
The following CDL services are expected to be available 24/7. If any of these resources are unavailable after normal working hours, contact the UCOP Computer Center at (510) 987-0349.

Very few of the database or ejournal vendors provide complete 24/7 technical support, although some may provide extended hours, such as 8 a.m.–midnight EST, some Saturday coverage, etc. The following vendors do provide 24/7 technical support for their resources. If any of these resources are unavailable after hours, contact the vendor directly.
