  • To report urgent or critical problems (such as the unavailability of major databases or web sites) call the CDL Helpline at (510) 987-0555 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., otherwise, please follow these procedures. You may also want to refer to the CDL Helpline FAQ for Resource Liaisons
  • Contact CDL staff: RLREPORT-L Listserv reaches all CDL staff who work with licensed resources, primarily the CDL Resource Wranglers team.
